چکیده

Ni-based catalysts supported on alumina derived from the pseudo-boehmite prepared by impregnation method were employed for catalytic dry reforming of methane reaction at temperature 550–750 °C. The effect calcination physicochemical properties such as Ni dispersion, reduction degree, nickel crystallite sizes, and metal–support interaction was investigated. characterization results show that increasing catalyst leads to formation nickel-alumina spinel, which enhances increases temperature. nanoparticle size decreases effective dispersion with 450 °C 750 due aluminate. calcined exhibits highest CH4 CO2 conversion owing small Ni0 active sites high dispersion. In a 200 h stability test in 700 °C, Ni/Al2O3-750 excellent anti-coking ability.

Effect of K2O on the catalytic performance of Ni catalysts supported on nanocrystalline Al2O3 in CO2 reforming of methane

CO2 reforming of methane (CRM) over unpromoted and potassium promoted Ni/Al2O3 catalysts was studied. The catalysts were prepared by impregnation method and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), N2 adsorption (BET), temperature programmed reduction (TPR), temperature programmed oxidation (TPO) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) techniques. The obtained results showed that addition of K2...
